The strict and continuous control of the raw material and the observance of HACCP in the production procedure and the implementation of ISO guarantee the final products are manufactured according to our specifications and the demands of our customers. Every lot that leaves the plants is accompanied by the equivalent lot certificate.
Tirokomiki Karditsas SA recognizing the need for continuous improvement of the products as well as the modernization of the production process has achieved to be one of the few companies in cheese sector certified according to ISO 9002 for production and packaging of cheese products. The company applies also, a complete HACCP system in production and packaging line of Feta cheese, “Agrafiotiko” goat cheese and White cheese in brine.
